Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ cognate experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience working in a Shared Service Environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily extraction of bank transactions and weekly Oracle receipt uploads.
• Contacts clients with outstanding accounts.
• Responsible for petty cash and managing expenses.
• Oversees company vehicle management.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid computer skills and ability to use accounting software

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles
