Responsibilities

• Maintenance and filing of Debtors documents
• Processing of receipts
• Preparation and printing of month-end statements
• Presentation of age analysis and debtors ledgers to branches and respective Managers and Directors
• Manage and handle customer queries
• Capturing of invoices and credit notes
• Establishment of relationships and communications both externally and internally
