Qualifikationen

• Post matric qualification in Finance or Credit Management.
• Minimum 3 years credit control experience.
• Minimum 1-year reconciliation of accounts experience.
• Excellent business communications skills both verbal & written.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable SAP.
• Willingness to work extra hours (e.g., month end).
• Experience in Express/Freight Forwarding credit control.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection.
• Contact defaulting customers by phone or email and arrange payment.
• Allocate payments and reconcile in SAP; balance accounts.
• Place defaulting customers on stop credit when needed.
• Record interactions and agreements in SAP within 24 hours.
• Promote DHL e-solutions to customers where applicable.
• Attend two monthly meetings with Sales Executives.
