• Experience with SAP for requisitions and orders.
• Ability to manage creditors and hospital staff queries.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and capture requisitions and orders on SAP.
• Facilitate the procurement cycle.
• Manage allocated creditors and reconcile creditor accounts.
• Liaise with creditors and hospital staff on queries.
• Resolve creditors and debtors account queries.
• Maintain filing system for creditors.
• Manage Accounts Receivable sub-system.
• Process payments and receipts in the cashbook.
• Coordinate daily banking and bank transfer payments with credit control department.
