Placements24 seeks an experienced Accounts Manager to join its fully remote finance team. The role focuses on managing AP/AR, ensuring cash flow and accurate financial data, and maintaining strong supplier and client relationships from Port Elizabeth-based operations.

You will support a remote finance operation, with emphasis on timely invoicing, reconciliations, and process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 4 years of proven accounts management experience (AP/AR).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
