This role will require an individual with a passion for accounting practices, economic principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations, and auditing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing, and other accounting functions for the organization.
• Ensuring the accounting policies and practices of the organization.
• Overseeing and evaluating the activities of the accounting staff.
• Prepare or lead preparation of reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position.
• Produce accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use in accordance with GAAP and in compliance with section of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Requirements

• Qualification: CA(SA) with completed board exams.
• Experience: 8 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and Sox.
