Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a newly qualified CA(SA) for a six-month fixed-term contract to support Project 4WARD, our SAP S/4HANA implementation, through testing, reporting, data migration, training, and change-readiness activities.

In this role you will review and execute test scripts, train business users, assist with data migration, and support change management across Group Finance and Real Estate modules.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified CA(SA) with Big 4 article experience.
• 2–4 years general accounting experience, incl. financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting and/or SAP Real Estate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation testing and script execution.
• Assist with data migration, reconciliation and validation.
• Train business users and manage change-readiness activities.
• Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

Overview

• To support the Clicks Group SAP S/4 Implementation project (Project 4WARD) in implementing and testing of test scripts relevant to SAP Real Estate(IFRS16), Group Financial Reporting, management reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). In addition, assisting the business training and managing the change related to the above areas.
• Purpose and Objectives
• To review, and execute test scripts, train business users, and assist with change management.
• Support data migration, reconciliation and validation activities relating to Group Reporting and Real Estate.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
• Support change management, training and business readiness activities.
• Job Knowledge:
• Sound knowledge of accounting systems, standards and principles specifically IFRS 16, and Consolidation
• Sound knowledge of financial statutory requirements
• SAP Experience
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products
