Job summary

Clicks Group Limited seeks a newly qualified CA(SA) to support Project 4WARD, our SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role involves testing, reporting, data migration, training and driving change-readiness activities related to IFRS16 and Group Reporting.

You will review, execute test scripts, train users and assist with data validation, while supporting system integration testing and defect resolution. Strong MS Excel skills and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Essential: Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant with Big 4 article experience.
• Essential: 2-4 years general accounting experience, including financial analysis.
• Desirable: SAP Group Reporting and/or SAP Real Estate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review, execute test scripts and train business users.
• Assist with data migration, reconciliation and validation for Group Reporting and Real Estate.
• Support system integration testing, UAT and defect resolution.
• Support change management, training and business readiness activities.

Clicks Group is seeking a newly qualified CA(SA) to support Project 4WARD, our SAP S/4HANA implementation, through testing, reporting, data migration, training and change-readiness activities.

Overview

To support the Clicks Group SAP S/4 Implementation project (Project 4WARD) in implementing and testing of test scripts relevant to SAP Real Estate (IFRS16), Group Financial Reporting, management reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). In addition, assisting the business training and managing the change related to the above areas.

Purpose and Objectives

• To review, and execute test scripts, train business users, and assist with change management.
• Support data migration, reconciliation and validation activities relating to Group Reporting and Real Estate.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
• Support change management, training and business readiness activities.

Job Knowledge:

• Sound knowledge of accounting systems, standards and principles specifically IFRS 16, and Consolidation
• Sound knowledge of financial statutory requirements
• SAP Experience
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products
