About the Role

As an Account Manager III, you’ll manage a territory and build consultative relationships with law schools and law firms. You’ll develop strategic account plans, increase active use of LexisNexis solutions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Advocating for law school and law firm customers to increase active users
• Working effectively with students, faculty, associates, partners and other stakeholders
• Developing strategic account plans, identifying sales opportunities, targeting sales activities and analysing competitor threats
• Delivering customer presentations that communicate our value proposition and competitive differentiation
• Conducting research, analysing findings and sharing insights with product, segment and marketing teams
• Executing marketing strategies that position LexisNexis as an expert source for law firms

Requirements

• Ability to travel locally to meet clients
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Ability to collaborate with a team to achieve shared goals
• Strong networking capabilities, sound judgement and technical knowledge
• Experience developing account plans and coordinating stakeholders and resources to deliver positive client outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep product, content or practice-area knowledge, with the ability to support sales and marketing teams
