Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment in Cape Town is seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth across the Western Cape. You will manage key client relationships and provide tailored modular and container rental and sales solutions.

The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract management, with extensive travel and a focus on achieving targets through strong negotiation and excellent service delivery. Fluent English and Afrikaans preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric complete; Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business advantageous.
• 4-6 years' sales experience, including at least 2 years in a senior B2B sales or Account Management role.
• Experience within logistics, construction, industrial products, or a similar technical solutions environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and negotiating commercial contracts.

• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel extensively within the Western Cape.
