Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial insurance experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an Account Executive or similar client-facing broking role.
• Proven track record in new business, retention, and portfolio growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial judgement and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain, and service a portfolio of commercial clients (including related personal lines).
• Build strong client relationships and conduct regular reviews.
• Handle policy amendments, endorsements, renewals, and queries.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with FAIS, TCF, and regulatory timelines.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, claims teams, and internal stakeholders.
