Account Executive – RegTech

Salary: Up to 87,968 ZAR monthly - R1,000,000+ yearly.

About the Company

Our client is a rapidly scaling RegTech innovator recognised by Gartner for delivering cutting-edge AI-powered compliance solutions to Tier 1 enterprises across fintech, banking, crypto, and mobility sectors. With a strong footprint across emerging markets, they’re addressing complex regulatory and fraud challenges with culturally-aware, regionally tailored technology.

You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle across key regions including MENA and APAC. From outbound prospecting and relationship building to closing multi-stakeholder deals, you’ll be a key growth driver in high-opportunity markets.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end B2B sales process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
• Represent the company at global industry events and exhibitions
• Strategically grow market share in emerging regions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions

What We’re Looking

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years in consultative B2B SaaS sales
• Proven success in complex sales cycles (ideally in RegTech, FinTech, Fraud, Cybersecurity, AI, or Compliance SaaS)
• Strong understanding of the MENA or APAC business landscape
• Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outbound strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience selling to highly regulated industries (e.g. finance, crypto, telecom)
• Familiarity with Tier 1 enterprise clients
• Ability to navigate multicultural, multilingual business environments
