Job summary

Emeris National Office seeks a Faculty Coordinator - Operations to support campus academic operations across Durban campuses. You will work with the Faculty Manager and campus staff to maintain documentation, align on annual plans and ensure quality student experiences.

You will coordinate with ACE, Deans and campus operations, handling Go Live material and roll-out of operational plans, while tracking progress and ensuring timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of academic administration and operations experience in a tertiary institution.
• 2+ years in project management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate academic operations in partnership with campus teams.
• Maintain documentation to support high-quality student experiences.
• Support roll-out of annual academic plans and materials for programs.
• Escalate faculty campus issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with ACE, Deans and Campus Operations to align on goals.
• Track and report on delivery of operational plans and governance.
• Provide onboarding and guidance to campus faculties on policies and procedures.
