• Welcome and engage with clients, guiding them through the Louis Vuitton collections.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories and brand heritage.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Maintain a pristine, visually appealing sales floor and brand presentation.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture client information and follow up with clients.
