Louis Vuitton in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Client Advisor for a 6-week temporary assignment across the festive period. You will greet clients, present luxury leather goods, and guide them through our collections while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires.
• Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling.
• Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented.
• CRM: capture client information, follow up with clients through various channels, host client events.
