Durban, South Africa is hosting a Junior Field Technician role with Zohorecruit. The technician will install, service, maintain, and repair vending machines, water coolers, and hot beverage equipment, while traveling extensively and performing manual tasks.

Ideal candidates demonstrate hands-on mechanical and electronic skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in the field and train operators as needed.

Formación

• Strong electronic and mechanical repair skills.

Responsabilidades

• Transport, move, and install large vending and beverage machines.
• Operate and maintain a company service vehicle.
• Perform all work safely and according to company procedures.
• Uplift/move equipment and power tools.
• Train machine operators and customers when required.
• Conduct electronic repairs down to component level, including soldering.
• Basic software programming.
• Perform electrical repairs and fault-finding on motors, solenoids, and power supplies.
• Maintain service records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure the service vehicle is clean and inspected regularly.
• Wear company-approved uniform while on duty.
