A leading hospitality software firm in Somerset West is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality software applications. This hands-on role involves supporting the CTO, mentoring junior developers, and working across the full stack, focusing on C#, .NET, and Angular. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of C# development experience and possess strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. This is a hands-on development role with the opportunity to support the CTO as a 2IC, providing exposure to leadership while focusing primarily on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software applications.

You will work across the full stack, contributing to application architecture, development, and deployment.
While the core focus is on hands-on software development, this role also offers the chance to assist the CTO in leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior developers and supporting technical decision-making. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving, with exposure to emerging technologies and opportunities to grow your technical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities : Develop, test, and maintain full stack software applications (C#, .NET, Angular).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and technical decision-making. Support the CTO as 2IC, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Explore and integrate new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation. Contribute to project planning, estimation, and documentation.
Education : Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered.
Experience : Minimum 5 years' experience in professional C# development. Experience with Angular is preferred. Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is advantageous.
Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly. Hospitality industry knowledge is an advantage.
