Zusammenfassung

Ekco seeks a seasoned 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer for its 24/7 Managed Services operation. You will own escalated incidents, lead technical troubleshooting, and support Microsoft 365, AVD, Active Directory and related technologies. You will mentor L1 engineers and drive continuous improvement.

The role includes nights, weekends, and holidays in a shift-based model with opportunities for international progression and ongoing development through Pluralsight access.

Qualifikationen

3+ years in a 2nd Line / Service Desk / Support role, ideally in MSP or 24/7 environment.
Strong technical capability across Microsoft 365 administration, AVD/Remote Desktop, AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune and Group Policy.
Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages and with ITSM platforms.

Aufgaben

Receive and respond to escalated incidents via ConnectWise and tickets.
Lead troubleshooting for complex incidents and service requests.
Coaching for L1 engineers and contributing to continual service improvement.
Work shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
