Job summary

OryxAlign is seeking a Senior 2nd Line Engineer to deliver high-quality second-line technical support across diverse client environments. You will own escalated tickets, guide first-line engineers, and work with escalation, project and onsite teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires advanced Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server experience, and virtualization skills (VMware/Hyper-V). Strong documentation and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (or working towards).
• Experience across Modern Work, Cloud, Security and Networking stacks is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line technical support for complex incidents across client environments.
• Own escalated tickets through to resolution with clear communication.
• Guide and mentor first-line engineers to improve troubleshooting capabilities.
• Collaborate with escalation, project and onsite teams to meet SLAs.
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation and knowledge articles.
