Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee customer contracts and ensure operational and commercial success across the contract lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED + 4+ years in Services.
• Minimum 3 extra years in Customer Contract Management.
• Experience with turbomachinery is required.
• Proven track record managing customer-facing service contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in Venezuela.

Responsibilities

• Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
• Provide program management support for service agreements and time‑and‑material projects.
• Support sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and high satisfaction.
• Interface with Customer Service, Parts & Transactional Services, Field Service, and more.
• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal organizations.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and stakeholders.
• Communicate project approaches and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Oversee standardized project processes and updated guidelines.
• Coordinate multiple projects across diverse regional customers.
