Parsons in Abu Dhabi seeks a PMO Construction Specialist – Wastewater to lead governance and oversight of wastewater projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor schedules and costs, manage risks, and ensure HSE and QA/QC alignment across the program.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management degree and 10+ years of construction delivery experience in wastewater infrastructure within a PMO or multi‑stakeholder setting. UAE experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in construction management with wastewater exposure.
• Experience in PMO or governance environments with multi-stakeholder programs.
• Proficiency with planning/reporting tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and PMO reporting systems.
• Certifications such as PMP or HSE training (NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA) advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support PMO governance: templates, reporting, risk/issue logs, change control, document control, and stage-gate compliance.
• Provide construction management support by reviewing programmes/method statements and tracking progress versus baseline.
• Support planning of shutdowns, tie-ins, commissioning, and handover activities with operations teams.
• Assist cost, schedule, and risk management including budgets/forecasts and risk registers.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and alignment with standards and approvals.
