UCC Holding is seeking an Executive Director - Civil Construction to lead and deliver large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects. The role provides strategic and operational oversight across execution, construction management, commercial performance, resource planning, contract administration, and stakeholder management to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, PE, CEng or equivalent will be an advantage.
• 20+ years of civil construction experience with at least 10 years in executive or senior leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership for large-scale civil construction and EPC projects.
• Direct and oversee all phases of project execution, construction operations, and project delivery.
• Establish project execution strategies, construction methodologies, and resource deployment plans.
• Ensure achievement of objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, cost, and profitability.
• Lead project directors, construction managers, and engineering teams across multiple projects.
