btd grupo in Santo Domingo, Venezuela, seeks an experienced Project Manager for civil works, primarily in water projects. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience and strong strategic and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities include managing project teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with budget and scheduled timelines. The role values inclusiveness and diversity, aiming to build a respectful work environment.

Formación

• 10 years' demonstrable experience in civil works, with at least 5 years in water project management.
• Experience in international projects, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latam.
• Field experience in execution of projects.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and analyze documentation for the strategy of assigned projects.
• Elaborate technical and economic planning of projects.
• Manage, supervise, and negotiate EPC contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure project execution on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Compilation and analysis of documentation for the development of the strategy of the assigned projects.
• Elaboration of the technical and economic planning of the assigned projects.
• Management and team control of assigned projects.
• Manage, supervise and negotiate EPC contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. During the execution of the project, ensure compliance with the procedures.
• Work closely with the purchasing department for the optimization and supervision of resources.
• Ensure that the project is executed on time and according to the approved budget, complying with technical, safety and environmental criteria.

• Follow-up of the progress and quality of the work during all phases of execution, implementing strategies for the prevention and resolution of problems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Demonstrable experience of 10 years in civil works, with at least 5 years in water project management.
• Experience in international projects, desirable in countries with high growth potential in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latam.
• Field experience in the execution of projects.
• Knowledge in hydraulics and construction.
• French and English at negotiation level.
• Willingness to travel and/or change residence.
