UCC Holding in Venezuela seeks an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead planning for a major airport program.

You will develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), baselines and detailed schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, perform CPM analysis, and provide weekly updates and dashboards. Strong coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Contractors is essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of planning/scheduling experience.
• Proven experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience on major airport, infrastructure, EPC, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM), progress measurement, and schedule analysis.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• English required; Spanish is an advantage.
• International project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain schedule integrity, logic, calendars, resources, and project baselines.
