UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the controls function for a major airport project in Venezuela, coordinating planning, cost control, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in project controls on large infrastructure or EPC projects, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and strong leadership in multinational teams. English is required; Spanish is an advantage.

Formación

• 8–12+ years of project controls experience including management-level responsibility.
• Experience on major airport, infrastructure, EPC, or construction projects.
• Strong planning, cost control, forecasting, risk, and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project controls systems.
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• English required; Spanish is an advantage.
• International project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk, change, and progress measurement.
• Develop and maintain the project baseline and Integrated Master Schedule.
• Monitor project performance against approved cost, schedule, and scope baselines.
• Prepare cost forecasts, EAC, cash flow, trends, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate progress measurement and reporting across project disciplines and contractors.
• Review contractor/subcontractor schedules, progress, costs, and forecasts.
• Identify schedule, cost, and performance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports and management dashboards.
• Support change management, delay analysis, and impact assessments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Contracts, and Finance teams.
• Manage and develop the Project Controls team.
• Ensure project controls procedures, systems, and reporting requirements are implemented effectively.
