UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Project Controls Director to lead the full project controls function for a major airport project in Venezuela. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk, change management, and progress measurement, delivering executive-level dashboards.

Ideal candidates bring senior leadership experience on large capital projects, strong knowledge of Primavera P6, and demonstrated ability to manage international projects with English fluency;

Formación

• Senior Project Controls leadership on major capital projects.
• Experience managing the full Project Controls function.
• Airport, infrastructure, EPC, or major construction project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project controls systems.
• Experience in cost control, scheduling, risk, change management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• English required; Spanish is an advantage.
• International project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall Project Controls strategy, systems, processes, and team.
• Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk, change, and progress measurement.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, scope, and baselines.
• Lead EAC, cash flow, earned value, trend, and variance analysis.
• Oversee contractor/subcontractor schedules, cost reports, and forecasts.
• Provide accurate executive-level dashboards and project performance reports.
• Identify risks, trends, delays, and cost impacts and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with PM, Commercial, Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Project Controls team.
