Airswift is seeking an Accounting Senior to join a leading Oil & Gas company in Venezuela. This on-site role focuses on financial reporting, month-end close, intercompany transactions, and corporate reporting support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong IFRS knowledge, ERP exposure, and fluency in Spanish with advanced English. Oil & Gas/JV experience is highly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, GL accounting, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Fluent Spanish required.
• Advanced English proficiency highly desirable.
• Oil & Gas industry experience and Joint Venture exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Support corporate reporting and financial consolidation requirements.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
• Analyze OPEX, CAPEX, fixed assets, and JV accounting activities.
• Support audits, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Finance teams.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who will play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and corporate reporting support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments
