Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Significant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contracts Management within Oil & Gas
• Strong experience managing suppliers, tenders, contract negotiations, and procurement planning
• Knowledge of drilling, production, maintenance, or upstream operations procurement processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience working in multicultural and dynamic operating environments
• Fluency in Spanish and professional English is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier performance management
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local and international suppliers and service providers
• Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Support drilling, production, maintenance, logistics, and capital project activities through effective procurement planning
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with vendors
• Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and supply risks
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable local regulations
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, and Management teams
