Job summary

Airswift is seeking an AP Analyst to join our team in Venezuela, supporting a leading international Energy/Oil & Gas company. You will manage the full AP cycle, verify invoices, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end close from our Caracas office.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, have strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and are fluent in English and Spanish. This role emphasizes accuracy, process improvements, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting roles is required.
• Experience within Energy, Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support payment runs, wire transfers, and other payment methods.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and invoice processing.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting financial documentation when required.
• Monitor AP aging reports and ensure timely settlement of supplier obligations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency within the AP function.
