Habenae Consulting seeks a starting professional to join our team and gain solid experience supporting our growing consulting practice and client base. You will work with Senior Habenae Advisors to drive improvements in business processes and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include refining Salesforce workflows, developing reports, and collaborating with client sales and marketing teams to accelerate deal velocity while maintaining clean data across systems.

Formación

• BA/BS in business or related quantitative field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes.
• Eagerness to work in a high-growth, deadline-driven environment.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Drive improvement of business processes leveraging Sales and Marketing systems to drive growth and scale.
• Refine workflows within Salesforce CRM and other platforms to ensure clients get maximum value from the tech stack.
• Collaborate with client sales and marketing teams to drive value in deal movement and provide insights to management.
• Develop reports and analyses with actionable insights.
• Organise data and utilise it to enhance Sales effectiveness.
• Assist with critical sales planning during business reviews and budgeting cycles at the client's site.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to aid management decision-making.
