Habenae Consulting is seeking a starting professional to join our team and gain experience supporting our growing client base. You will work with Senior Habenae Advisors to improve business processes and leverage Salesforce and BI tools to deliver insights.

You will develop reports, organize data, and assist with sales planning, enablement, and data quality across CRM and analytics platforms, helping clients scale their sales operations.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in business or a related quantitative field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid business judgment and the ability to present analysis clearly and compellingly.
• Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes and systems (sales cycles, account, territory, opportunity and pipeline management, deal velocity).
• Eagerness to work in a high-growth, performance- and deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive improvement of business processes using Sales and Marketing systems to drive growth and scale.
• Refine workflows within Salesforce CRM and other platforms to maximize value for clients.
• Collaborate with clients' sales and marketing teams to drive value in deal movement and provide management with insights.
• Develop reports and analyses with actionable insights.
• Organise data and use it to enhance Sales effectiveness.
• Assist with critical sales planning activities during reviews, planning, and the budgeting cycle on the client site.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to aid management decisions.
• Support territory design, quota setting, onboarding, training and enablement, campaign performance and data management.
• Maintain clean, reliable data across CRM and connected systems, utilizing AI-powered reporting tools to speed up insight generation.
