Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT staffing, recruitment, or tech sales in Mexico.
- Experience engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with Mexico IT market, nearshore models, and labor trends.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for IT staffing and recruitment in Mexico.
