Formación

• 5+ years of work experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple languages.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technology assessment and validation with clients.
• Screen and interview candidates to identify best engineers.
• Meet with clients to understand engineering profiles.
• Work with Web, mobile, QA, DevOps, data stacks.
• Stay current on market trends and train candidates.
• Collaborate with sales to improve time-to-market of resources.
