You will act as a key link between Client Services/Sales and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely, high-quality placements while upholding process rigor and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing pool of pre-vetted candidates for IT roles.
• Staff open IT opportunities by selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates.
• Manage end-to-end vetting from the client side to staffing.
• Communicate with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
