Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and create clear CS prompts. You will join software engineers across LATAM with dedicated support and flexible, remote work.

The role pays up to $34 USD per hour with additional incentives based on project performance. Prior experience contributing to live production code is ideal, and strong written and spoken English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate responses across key dimensions - accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear computer science prompts that challenge AI models and push the boundaries of their coding ability.
