Outlier is hiring a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, scoring model responses, and crafting clear prompts. This is a freelance 1099 opportunity, with pay up to $34 USD/hr plus occasional incentive payments.

Projects span Latin America and beyond, allowing flexible remote work and varied rates by project and expertise. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, have production-code experience, and communicate fluently in English.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or higher.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
