Outlier offers a freelance opportunity to work as a QA Coder, auditing AI code and providing structured feedback. You will rate model responses and craft CS prompts, with compensation up to $34 per hour plus incentive programs.

Applicants from multiple Latin American countries are welcome, and flexible, remote work is supported. Ideal candidates have a CS degree, production code experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, style)

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models and push coding capabilities.
