Outlier is seeking QA Coders to audit AI-generated code and help train models, with dedicated guidelines and support. This is a freelance, 1099 contract on the Outlier.ai platform. Earn up to $34 USD/hour plus incentives as you contribute to real-world AI improvements.

Projects involve reviewing code, ranking model outputs, and crafting prompts to push AI capabilities. Remote work from eligible regions is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model output.
• Write computer science questions: develop clear prompts that challenge AI models.
