Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• C1 English level or higher (professional, daily use)
• Experience working with US-based companies
• Accrual-based accounting experience
• Property management or multi-location accounting experience
• Ability to submit a short introduction video in English

Responsibilities

• Perform accrual-based accounting for US property management clients
• Accrue utilities and vendor expenses to the correct accounting period
• Support month-end close and reconciliations across multiple properties
• Process and review vendor invoices and A/P transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records by property and entity
• Collaborate with US-based teams using accounting and property management systems
