Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a results-driven Partner Success Executive to manage relationships with Senior Advisors and drive referral pipeline. This remote role focuses on onboarding, coaching, and sustaining high-quality introductions with US-market prospects.

You will track performance, coordinate with Sales Operations, and help advisors achieve goals while contributing to a collaborative, global team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
• 1+ year experience working with the US market in sales/BD.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Senior Advisors and set clear expectations around introductions, cadence, and metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned Senior Advisors and track pipeline and engagement.
• Guide advisors on targeting strategy and messaging to enable high-quality introductions.
• Monitor advisor performance metrics, including intro-to-lead ratios and engagement levels.
• Qualify introductions, engage prospects promptly, and manage follow-up until conversion or disqualification.
• Handoff qualified leads to Sales Operations with proper documentation and provide feedback.
• Drive advisor motivation and retention, and promote participation in advisory tasks and events.
• Collect structured feedback to improve program design and suggest process improvements.
