Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our Client Engagement function from a fully remote setup. You will review leads, qualify them, and route to the right engagement reps, while ensuring processes are followed and data is clean.

• Proficiency in CRM data management.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate Client Engagement rep according to routing rules.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.
• Ensure commercial teams follow the company process for lead upload and assignment.
• Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Review automated reports that flag system issues and resolve the underlying problems.
