Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal/trigger workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations (Claude preferred; ChatGPT or Gemini accepted).
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run account-based campaigns for target and existing accounts across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with sales owner.
• Map commercial processes with sales teams and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target accounts, buying committees, and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes (meetings booked, opportunities, deals, revenue).
• Test new channels and plays beyond core four, and scale those that move pipeline.
