Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a seasoned CRM/ABM specialist to own VIP audiences and experiences, building AI-assisted outreach and data workflows that translate into meetings, account growth, and revenue. You’ll leverage Claude daily to generate high-impact copy and account intelligence.

The role is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation and the flexibility to work from anywhere, including international time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or outbound marketing.
• In-house US-based B2B company experience.
• B2B SaaS or tech services experience.
• Hands-on with outreach platforms (Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Reply.io).
• Daily use of generative AI and Claude; strong prompt engineering.
• Experience with automation (Zapier, n8n, Make.com).
• Proficient in CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• STEM degree or quantitative background; data focus.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow-up for VIP account segments.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
• Use Claude as primary AI tool daily for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment workflows, keeping VIP contact records accurate, current, and actionable.

In this role, you'll own CRM execution for BairesDev's VIP Audiences & Experiences function, building and automating outreach sequences for our highest-value relationships across existing clients, former clients, and top-tier event audiences. Using Claude as your primary AI tool daily, you'll combine CRM expertise with generative AI fluency and automation workflows to generate measurable sales pipeline. This is an individual-contributor role reporting directly to the Director of VIP Audiences & Experiences, where your work translates directly into meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.

What You'll Do:

• Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow-up for VIP account segments.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
• Use Claude as primary AI tool daily for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track and report on pipeline outcomes including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment workflows, keeping VIP contact records accurate, current, and actionable.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing.
• In-house experience at a US-based B2B company; agency or contractor work does not qualify.
• B2B SaaS or tech services industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Reply.io, or equivalent.
• Daily, hands-on use of generative AI and LLM tools, with Claude strongly preferred; prompt engineering skills required.
• Experience with automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, or Make.com.
• Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• STEM or quantitative degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Physics; strong non-STEM candidates with a demonstrable data or numbers track record also considered.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in B2B tech services, staffing, or nearshore companies.
• Experience marketing to C-suite or VP-level audiences.
• Background in marketing analytics, copywriting, or growth marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
