Qualifications
- 2+ years in Executive Assistant roles.
- Experience with travel planning and coordinating domestic/international itineraries.
- Familiarity with US-based services, vendors and day-to-day logistics.
- Advanced level of English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end personal and lifestyle support to executives.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Research and coordinate vendors and service providers; compare options.
- Arrange personal events, venues, catering, and related logistics.
- Manage ad hoc, time-sensitive requests and deliver solutions on time.
