You will gather requirements, design configurations, and translate business needs into effective system setups while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will provide training and support to end-users, conduct testing, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Formación

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales implementations.
• Understanding of CRM best practices.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Education: degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
