Finch is seeking a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to own a diverse portfolio of client accounts remotely. The role emphasizes strategy, ROI-driven decisions, and cross-functional leadership across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, DSP, Creative, and Analytics.

You will guide success plans tied to business KPIs, drive growth opportunities, and proactively manage retention and risk for multiple accounts while aligning with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Account/Client Success Manager in performance marketing or digital agency.
• Primary POC for multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: paid advertising, attribution, KPIs, optimization logic.
• Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/DSP.
• Proven track record of improving client retention or growing accounts.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Availability to work with consistent overlap with US business hours.
• SEO-driven accounts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and success planning with goals, KPIs, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Lead client relationship and meetings; manage stakeholders and set expectations.
• Drive account performance by interpreting results against metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC vs. LTV).
• Identify and scope growth opportunities; coordinate actions with channel owners.
• Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk with value delivery across a multi-client portfolio.
