BairesDev is seeking a Partner Success Executive to manage relationships with Senior Advisors and drive the referral pipeline from onboarding to conversion. This remote role emphasizes relationship-building, coaching, and maintaining a high-quality network of advisors.

You will guide advisors on targeting, monitor performance, and collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure smooth handoffs. The position offers a global, remote environment and opportunities for growth within a top-tier tech

Formación

• 4+ years in Account Management or Business Development in a similar environment.
• 1+ years working with the US market in sales, business development, or account management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and manage Senior Advisors, establishing expectations for introductions and performance metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned Senior Advisors with a structured 1:1 cadence to track pipeline and engagement.
• Guide advisors on targeting strategy and ideal prospect profiles, enabling high-quality introductions.
• Monitor advisor performance metrics and engagement levels.
• Qualify introductions, engage prospects promptly, and manage follow-ups until conversion or disqualification.
• Hand off qualified leads to Sales Operations with complete documentation; provide feedback on intro quality.
• Drive advisor motivation and retention through participation in advisory tasks and events.
• Collect feedback to improve program design and propose process improvements.
