Job summary

Virtustant is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a fully remote role. You will manage the books, assign receipts to projects in QuickBooks, and coordinate with the licensed CPA.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will handle investor communications, payments, and daily admin workflows. This position offers full-time remote work and flexible timing, with payments in USD or local currency according to candidate preference.

Qualifications

• Experience using QuickBooks.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the books and assign all receipts to the correct projects.
• Keep communication active between the business and the certified public accountant.
• Make payments to investors.
• Help organize the back office and administrative operations per SOPs.
• Review incoming offers from emails and texts using SOPs.
• Answer investor emails and follow-up calls/WhatsApp messages.
• Send monthly updates and photo updates to investors.
