Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, account management, or property services marketing.
• Strong communication and follow-up habits.
• Professional presentation and punctuality.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable with daily travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8–12 property visits and 5–10 follow-up calls daily.
• Build rapport using the FORD method.
• Maintain consistent communication through emails, calls, and site visits.
• Host Lunch & Learns or events monthly; attend industry gatherings.
• Identify client pain points and opportunities for service; track KPIs.
• Enter client data and visit notes into the CRM; prepare monthly recap reports.
