A global real estate development group is seeking an On-site MEP Engineer for a luxury project in Ceará, Brazil. This fully onsite role requires relocation to a local village and involves supporting ongoing construction. You will collaborate with architects and engineers while providing technical guidance on Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing designs to ensure compliance with luxury standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of onsite experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Competitive compensation and relocation support are offered.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced On-site MEP Engineer to support the ongoing construction of a luxury project in Ceará, Brazil. This is a fully onsite role requiring relocation to a local village within the Ceará region. You will report directly to the MEP Design Manager, and work within a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, procurement teams, and client representatives to ensure the highest standards of project delivery. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. We seek a punctual, detail-oriented, and self-organized professional motivated to deliver high-quality results.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical support and guidance to in‑house design and QS teams, third‑party designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design process.
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing designs to ensure full compliance with bespoke project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and managers to optimize the integration of MEP systems within high‑end architectural designs.
• Resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner during the design phase to maintain project momentum.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations specifically related to luxury‑grade Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
• Assist in managing, controlling, and tracking changes and variations in accordance with corporate procedures and luxury standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Management.

Experience & Skills

• Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of onsite construction experience specifically in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
• Sector Expertise: Proven experience working on high‑end residential or hospitality projects.
• Technical Knowledge: In‑depth understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in designed softwares (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required for communication with our international‑based management team and some site teams.
• Soft Skills: Detail‑oriented, self‑organized, punctual, and possess excellent presentation skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience working in hot tropical climates or the Caribbean.
• Experience with international hotel chains (e.g., W, Four Seasons, AMAN) and their specific corporate design guidelines.
